India MedTech Expo 2025 to be Held at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from 4th to 6th September 2025

New Delhi’s Bharat Mandapam at Pragati Maidan is set to host the India MedTech Expo 2025 from September 4–6, 2025, as part of the Bharat Health 2025 initiative. The event aims to position India as a global hub for medical technology and devices, showcasing the country’s innovation, manufacturing strength, and growing export potential.

Ministers and Global Experts to Lead the Inauguration:

The expo will be inaugurated by Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare and Chemicals & Fertilizers, Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda, along with Union Minister of State for Commerce & Industry and Electronics & IT, Shri Jitin Prasada. Senior officials from NPPA, CDSCO, the Department of Pharmaceuticals, and industry leaders will also mark their presence.

A Platform for MSMEs, Start-ups, and Research Institutions:

With the theme “India: Global MedTech Manufacturing Hub – Precision Engineering yet Affordable”, the three-day event will feature MSMEs, start-ups, research institutions, state showcases, and government-led initiatives.

Engagements will include thematic conferences, CEO roundtables, fireside chats, B2B meetings, buyer-seller meets, and regulator open houses, designed to foster collaborations and investments across the MedTech ecosystem.

India’s Rapidly Growing MedTech Sector:

Highlighting the sector’s growth, Mr. Praveen Kumar Mittal, Executive Director of EPCMD, stated that India’s medical devices market has already reached USD 15 billion and is projected to double to USD 30 billion by 2030. He added, “India is emerging not just as a consumer market but as a global innovation and export hub. The India MedTech Expo 2025 will showcase this growth story to the world.”

International Buyers and Strong Industry Participation:

The expo will see participation from over 150 international buyers representing 30+ countries, alongside 350+ exhibitors including manufacturers, regulators, start-ups, and research bodies. The event will provide an unprecedented platform for global partnerships and investment opportunities.
