Meanwhile, a few pockets in Rajasthan recorded steady demand, helping prices remain stable.

Bihar, the Jyoti variety maintained stable to slightly higher prices today. Mandis like Aarah, Brahmpur, and Sheohar recorded strong rates, with maximum prices touching ₹2,200 to ₹2,500 per quintal — a clear improvement compared to the last few days. Prices remained softer in Buxur and Natwar, where the lower range fell between ₹1,200 and ₹1,600 per quintal. Arrivals remained normal across most markets, supporting overall price stability.
Delhi’s Azadpur mandi once again reported very high arrivals more than 1,675 tonnes which caused the lowest price to slip to ₹300 per quintal. The upper range stayed at ₹1,200 per quintal. Keshopur mandi showed slightly better performance, offering maximum prices up to ₹1,400 per quintal.
In Rajasthan, Sujangarh recorded strong demand with rates ranging from ₹1,300 to ₹1,500 per quintal. In Udaipur, prices stayed between ₹800 and ₹1,200 per quintal despite heavy arrivals. Jaisalmer and Bayana saw stable, moderate prices with no major fluctuations.
