A Time Limit (TL) meeting was held at the District Panchayat hall under the chairmanship of Collector Shri Balaguru K. During the review, he emphasized quick and satisfactory disposal of pending cases related to various departments, CM Helpline, and Samadhan Online.
The Collector expressed displeasure over the absence of Bank Correspondents (BCs) during the Prime Minister Suraksha Bima and Jeevan Jyoti Bima camps. He instructed the Lead District Manager (LDM) to coordinate with Janpad and District Panchayats to ensure smooth organization of camps and mandatory presence of BCs. Strict action will be taken against those absent despite prior notice.
All Chief Municipal Officers (CMOs) were directed to submit their DPR reports without delay. Beneficiaries who received PM Awas funds but failed to start construction will face recovery actions. The Collector also asked officials to expedite land allocation for various projects.
To curb black marketing of fertilizers, the Collector ordered regular inspections of warehouses and retail outlets. Fertilizers will be provided to farmers strictly as per their landholding records. The Deputy Director of Agriculture informed that from September 27, fertilizer distribution will shift to an online system integrated with Aadhaar, ensuring a transparent process for farmers.
During the review of the Food Department, the Collector stressed timely lifting and distribution of ration. He directed strict action against black marketing of subsidized rice being sold at higher rates in the open market. Names of deceased or non-existent beneficiaries will be removed, while new eligible families will be added to the list.
Adi Karmyogi Training at Block Level: The Collector instructed all SDMs to ensure block-level training under the Adi Karmyogi initiative. He highlighted the program’s importance in empowering tribal communities and ensuring the last-mile delivery of government schemes through trained officials and NGOs.
