Madhya Pradesh government has announced financial support of ₹1,300 per quintal for soybean farmers the Bhavantar Payment Scheme, bringing major relief to millions of farmers across the state. The amount will be transferred directly to farmers’ bank accounts through DBT on 13 November 2025. The initiative aims to ensure income stability for farmers by covering the gap between market prices and the Minimum Support Price (MSP).
The Bhavantar Scheme 2025, a new model rate of ₹4,056 per quintal for soybean was released on 11 November 2025. This rate applies to all farmers who sold their soybean produce in government-registered mandis across the state. The compensation amount (Bhavantar) will be calculated based on the difference between the model rate and the MSP.
The model rate has shown a steady upward trend, giving farmers hope for higher compensation. Earlier, on 7 November 2025, the model rate was ₹4,020 per quintal. In just four days, it has increased further, reflecting improved market sentiment and ensuring greater benefit for farmers.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has confirmed that the compensation amount will be credited to farmers' accounts on 13 November 2025. The scheme has been introduced to protect farmers from financial losses caused by fluctuating market prices.

The highest arrivals have been reported in Ganjbasoda, Dewas, Ujjain, Indore, and Agar mandis.

The model rate reflects the average selling price of a crop in mandis, calculated daily based on:
Example: If the model rate is ₹4,000 and MSP is ₹5,328, the farmer becomes eligible for a compensation of ₹1,328 per quintal.
