Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development Minister Shri Edal Singh Kansana stated that Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav is fully committed to the welfare and upliftment of farmers in Madhya Pradesh. To ensure that soybean growers receive the full benefits of the Minimum Support Price (MSP), the state government has implemented the Bhavantar Payment Scheme. Along with this, several other farmer-centric initiatives are being actively administered. The state government remains determined to safeguard farmers from financial losses under any circumstance.
Agriculture Minister announced that under Bhavantar Payment Scheme 2025, the model rate for soybean has been fixed at ₹4,033 per quintal for 8 November. This rate applies to farmers who have sold their produce in regulated market yards (mandis).
