Price and Arrival Analysis:
Haryana recorded its steepest spike in Charkhi Dadri, where tomato prices surged to ₹8,000 per quintal—the highest across the state. Mandis like Gohana, Jhajjar, and Hansi also maintained strong price levels, indicating firm demand for high-quality tomatoes.
On the lower side, Mohindergarh reported the state’s weakest rates at ₹1,000–₹2,000 per quintal. Markets such as Dhand, Farukh Nagar, and Gurgaon also saw subdued pricing due to higher arrivals, which pushed rates downward.
In terms of arrivals, Gurgaon led the state with 87 tonnes, resulting in stable but limited prices in the range of ₹2,000–₹3,000. Conversely, mandis like Chhachhrauli, Mustafabad, and Hassanpur recorded arrivals under 1 tonne, helping their rates remain steady or slightly elevated.
