Advice for Farmers
Farmers who have good-quality onions may get better prices by sending their produce to markets with limited arrivals and stronger demand, such as Sikarpur, Doharighat, and Dhanaura.
In markets where arrivals are currently high, such as Azadpur, it may be beneficial to observe market conditions before selling immediately. Farmers who have storage facilities may also consider holding their crop for a few days, as prices may improve again if demand increases.
