Farmers, today witnessed significant fluctuations in wheat prices across major markets in India. In some mandis, low arrivals pushed wheat prices above the MSP of ₹2,425 per quintal, while in markets with heavy arrivals, prices remained under pressure. Notably, in certain key markets, wheat rates crossed ₹3,000 per quintal, whereas in others, farmers were still forced to sell below MSP.
With the festive season increasing demand, wheat prices may rise further in the coming days. Farmers who have not yet sold their crop have the right time and opportunity to choose the best market for maximum returns. This report provides state-wise today’s mandi rates, latest trends, and key suggestions for farmers.
