Price and Arrival Trend Analysis:

1. Udaipur (Rajasthan) recorded the highest price surge, with cauliflower touching ₹3,000 per quintal, driven by limited arrivals and strong demand.
2. Keshopur APMC (Delhi) also remained firm, with prices ranging between ₹2,000 and ₹2,600, supported by steady urban demand.
3. Despite a heavy arrival of 67 tonnes, Gulawati (UP) maintained strong prices at ₹2,000–₹2,200, indicating healthy market demand.
4. On the weaker side, Thana Bhawan, Lalganj, and Baghpat saw prices restricted to ₹800–₹1,100 due to local supply and limited buying interest.
5. In Pratapgarh, even with arrivals of 14 tonnes, prices remained almost flat around ₹1,100, suggesting balanced supply and demand.

Advisory for Farmers

1. Farmers with high-quality cauliflower may benefit from selling in Udaipur, Keshopur (Delhi), and Gulawati (UP), where prices are currently strong.
