Onion Prices in Jamui Mandi: Jamui, around 9.5 tonnes of onions arrived at the mandi. The prices here were on the lower side, ranging from ₹1300 to ₹1400 per quintal. The modal price stood at ₹1350, reflecting the effect of higher availability and moderate demand.

Onion Prices in Murliganj Mandi: Murliganj mandi reported an arrival of 1.3 tonnes of white onions. The prices ranged between ₹2200 and ₹2500 per quintal. The modal price was ₹2250, thanks to the high quality of onions arriving in the market, which attracted better rates.
