Farmers, today’s mustard prices showed sharp fluctuations across the country. In some mandis, rates hovered close to the Minimum Support Price (MSP: ₹5,950 per quintal), while in others, prices crossed the ₹7,000 per quintal mark.

The good news came from major markets in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, where higher prices brought relief to farmers. On the other hand, mandis with heavy arrivals witnessed weaker rates. Rajasthan also displayed a clear variation in prices across different centers.

For farmers planning to sell their crop, keeping track of the latest mandi prices is crucial to ensure the right timing and location for maximum profit. Here’s the complete state-wise report.

Farmer Advisory:

  • Farmers with good quality mustard should prefer selling in Lashkar (M.P.), Pukhrayan, and Ghiraur (U.P.) for maximum profits.
  • In mandis where rates are around MSP (Khargapur, Mahoba), farmers with storage facilities should avoid immediate sales.
  • Focus on low-arrival, high-price mandis, as these centers may continue to offer better rates in the coming days.
