Mango Market Highlights – Who Got the Best Rates?
In Uttar Pradesh, Mathura saw Chausa mangoes sell at up to ₹2,500/quintal, showing strong performance. Mandis like Ghiraur and Raebareli also saw Dussehri rates between ₹2,300 and ₹2,500. However, smaller mandis like Nautanwa, Hargaon, and Lalganj reported lower prices between ₹1,100 and ₹1,500, potentially affecting returns for small-scale farmers.
In Rajasthan, Jaipur mandi dominated with Badami mango reaching a staggering ₹8,000/quintal. Jodhpur followed with Kesar mangoes priced between ₹6,000 and ₹8,000. Even Sri Ganganagar saw strong prices of up to ₹4,500 for mixed varieties, making it one of the best-performing markets in the state this week.
