Bagasra Mandi: Total mung dal arrival was 0.3 tonnes. The price for the "Other" variety ranged between ₹7,000 and ₹7,700 per quintal. The modal price stood at ₹7,350, which is below the MSP. This indicates that farmers are not receiving adequate support prices in this mandi.

Dhoraji Mandi: A good arrival of 2.5 tonnes was recorded today. The "Local" variety prices ranged from ₹5,530 to ₹7,830 per quintal. However, the modal price was only ₹6,780, significantly below the MSP, which may impact farmers’ incomes.

Khedbrahma Mandi: This mandi received 2 tonnes of mung dal today. Prices for the "Other" variety ranged between ₹7,500 and ₹7,725 per quintal. The modal price was ₹7,612. Although these rates are slightly better, they still remain below the MSP.

Mung Dal Prices Today in Maharashtra Mandis:

Kalyan Mandi: The best news came from Kalyan mandi today. With an arrival of 0.3 tonnes, the "Other" variety fetched prices between ₹9,200 and ₹9,600 per quintal. The modal price was ₹9,400, which is above the MSP, offering much-needed relief to farmers.

Mung Dal Prices Today in Rajasthan Mandis

Kota Mandi: Kota mandi saw a total arrival of 2.7 tonnes. The "Other" variety prices ranged from ₹6,561 to ₹7,600 per quintal. The modal price was ₹7,000, which is also below the MSP, indicating that farmers in Rajasthan are struggling to get better prices.

Conclusion: Most mandis across the country reported mung dal prices below the MSP today, which remains a concern for farmers. Kalyan mandi in Maharashtra was the only exception, where prices crossed ₹9,000 per quintal, providing better returns than the MSP.
