To promote modern and advanced farming practices, applications are now open on the E-Krishi Yantra Subsidy Portal for farmers to avail subsidies on agricultural machinery. The available equipment includes Automatic High Ground Clearance Sprayer (Boom Type), Power Weeder, Cleaner-cum-Grader, and Fertilizer Broadcaster. The application process began on 18 August 2025.
Based on the applications received, targets will be set, and a separate notification for lottery-based selection will be issued.
The last date to apply for the Mini Dal Mill machine has been extended to 27 August 2025, and the lottery for selection will be conducted on 28 August 2025.
Farmers can also apply for various other machines such as Paddy Thresher, Rice Thresher, Maize Sheller, Corn Thresher, Shredder, Mulcher, Tractor-operated Reaper, and Automatic Reaper. Selection for these machines will also be done through a lottery process.
While applying, farmers must submit a Demand Draft (DD) as a security deposit according to the type of machine. The details are as follows:
Automatic High Ground Clearance Sprayer (Boom Type): ₹5,000
Power Weeder: ₹3,100
Cleaner-cum-Grader: ₹3,000
Fertilizer Broadcaster: ₹5,500
Mini Dal Mill: ₹2,000
Paddy Thresher/Rice Thresher: ₹5,000
Maize Sheller/Corn Thresher: ₹5,000
Shredder/Mulcher: ₹5,500
Tractor-operated Reaper: ₹3,300
Automatic Reaper: ₹3,300
Advisory for Farmers: Farmers are advised to apply within the given deadlines to take full advantage of the subsidy scheme and make their farming more efficient and profitable with modern machinery.
