Advisory for Farmers

  1. Avoid immediate sales in high-supply zones like Indore, Mandsaur, and Neemuch where arrivals are heavy and prices remain under pressure. Consider storage.
  2. Sell quickly in high-price, low-supply mandis such as Bahadurgarh (Haryana), Vadhvan (Gujarat), and Delhi Azadpur, where rates are strong.
  3. With the festive season approaching, demand for garlic may rise. Farmers are advised to sell partially now and hold the rest.
  4. Focus on cleaning, grading, and quality to fetch premium prices in competitive markets.
