Income levels of women associated with dairy activities in these six districts have recorded notable growth. Around 14,500 women involved in the initiative have already achieved the status of “Lakhpati Didis,” strengthening household finances and enhancing women’s leadership in rural communities. Approximately ₹14 crore in dividends has been distributed among members so far. Timely payments and a transparent system have increased trust and positioned dairy farming as a reliable livelihood option.
