Wheat MSP Registration Last Date 2026

The last date for farmer registration for wheat procurement at the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for the Rabi Marketing Season 2026–27 has been extended to March 10. Earlier, the deadline was March 7. The state government has taken this decision to ensure that more farmers get sufficient time to complete the registration process and avail the benefit of selling their wheat at the government’s support price.

Registration Centers to Remain Open on Holidays:

To make the process more convenient for farmers, the administration has decided that registration centers will remain open even on holidays. This step is expected to help farmers, especially those from remote areas, who may otherwise face difficulties in completing their registration within the stipulated time.

Special Registration Arrangement for Certain Farmers:

According to the guidelines issued by the Food Department, sharecroppers (Sikmi), tenant farmers (Bataidar), Kotwar, and forest rights patta holders can register only at the centers established in cooperative societies and cooperative marketing institutions.
In addition, forest rights patta holders must have a valid forest land patta, while Sikmi and Bataidar farmers are required to present a registered sharecropping agreement dated before February 2, 2026.

Registration through the e-Procurement Portal:

During the registration process, details such as the consent of the original landowner, Aadhaar number, and other required information will be entered on the e-Procurement portal. The registration will be confirmed only after OTP verification, ensuring authenticity and transparency in the process.

Documents Required for Registration:

Farmers visiting the registration centers must carry their Aadhaar card, a mobile number linked with Aadhaar, and a copy of the Sikmi/Bataidar agreement, if applicable. The operator at the centre will scan these documents and upload them on the e-Procurement portal.
After submission, the documents of farmers in this category will undergo 100 percent verification by the Revenue Department.

Instructions for Awareness and Publicity: The district administration has directed all concerned departments and cooperative institutions to actively support the registration process and ensure wider publicity. The aim is to inform as many eligible farmers as possible so that they can complete their registration on time and benefit from selling their wheat at MSP during the procurement season.
