Madhya Pradesh weather update
Madhya Pradesh weather update

Weather conditions across India have taken a sharp turn this February, with several states witnessing rainfall, lightning alerts and sudden temperature changes. According to updates shared by Khetivyapar, Madhya Pradesh is experiencing its third major weather shift this month. Districts including Bhopal, Sehore and Ujjain recorded rainfall accompanied by strong winds, while hailstorm incidents were reported in select areas.

The meteorological department has issued thunderstorm and lightning alerts for Gwalior, Bhind, Shivpuri, Datia, Niwari, Tikamgarh, Chhatarpur and Panna. Over 20 districts saw varied weather conditions ranging from light showers to intense rainfall. Cloud cover increased by evening after sunny daytime conditions, triggering sudden downpours. Officials confirmed that parts of Chambal Division and Sagar Division remain under rainfall and lightning alerts for 20 February. However, weather conditions are expected to stabilize from 21 February if no new western disturbance becomes active.

Delhi-NCR Weather Update:

In Delhi-NCR, weather conditions have also shifted significantly. Rainfall and gusty winds are likely to cause a noticeable temperature drop. Cloudy skies and light showers may persist for the next couple of days. An active western disturbance is influencing nearby hill regions, increasing the chances of light snowfall. While this system may temporarily reduce temperatures, long-term cooling remains uncertain.

Bihar Sees Mixed Weather Pattern:

Bihar is currently experiencing a mix of mild morning chill and warm afternoons. Westerly winds are keeping early temperatures low, while clear skies during the day raise mercury levels. Though no active western disturbance is directly impacting Bihar, slight temperature fluctuations are expected to continue.

Punjab and Haryana Under Cloud Cover:

Punjab and Haryana are witnessing cloud cover with light rainfall in isolated districts. Thunderstorm and lightning alerts have been issued for Karnal, Hisar, Ambala, Jind, Rohtak, Rewari, Ludhiana and Patiala. Meteorologists suggest that unstable weather conditions may continue for a few days before stabilizing.

As reported by Khetivyapar, shifting wind patterns and intermittent rainfall systems are influencing weather conditions across multiple regions of India.
