Weather to Shift in Madhya Pradesh: Relief from Heat Likely, Rain and Thunderstorms Expected in Several Districts

Madhya Pradesh is set to experience a shift in weather conditions this week. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), many districts are likely to witness relief from the prevailing heatwave after June 15. Thunderstorms, light to moderate rainfall, and gusty winds are expected across the state, accompanied by a drop in temperature and an increase in humidity. Citizens are advised to stay alert and follow weather advisories.

District-wise Weather Update:

  1. Sagar Weather: A drop in temperature is expected between June 14 and 16. Light rain with thunder and lightning may occur during the weekend.
  2. Tikamgarh Weather: Heatwave conditions will continue with temperatures around 44°C from June 11 to 14.
  3. Rewa Weather: Hot weather will persist through the week, with expected changes after June 15.
  4. Bhopal Weather: The week will begin with high heat and humidity. However, light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms may start from June 15.
  5. Indore Weather: The district may witness cooler and more humid conditions between June 15 and 18. Light to moderate showers and lightning are likely.
  6. Damoh Weather: Gradual changes are expected from June 14 to 17, with increasing moisture and instability in the weather.
  7. Ratlam Weather: Amid ongoing heat, cloud cover and rainfall activity may increase midweek. June 16–17 could see overcast skies, bringing some relief.
  8. Harda Weather: Following intense heat, cooler winds and light rain are expected on June 16 and 17.
  9. Jabalpur Weather: Thunderstorms, dust storms, and lightning are likely, especially on June 17 and 18, with a noticeable drop in temperature.
  10. Satna Weather: Thunderstorms, dust storms, and light rain are expected between June 14 and 16.
  11. Mandsaur Weather: Cloudy skies and light rain are forecasted for June 16 and 17.
  12. Gwalior: Heat will continue until midweek, with thunderstorms and rainfall likely from June 16 to 18.
  13. Khandwa Weather: Pleasant weather is expected from June 15 to 18 with cloud cover, light rain, and thunder.
  14. Neemuch Weather: Initial days will be hot, but relief is expected midweek with rain and humidity between June 14 and 16.
  15. Katni Weather: After hot and dry conditions early in the week, weather is likely to improve between June 15 and 17.
  16. Maihar Weather: Gradual weather improvement is likely from June 15 to 17, with chances of thunderstorms and light rain.
  17. Raisen Weather: Rainfall is expected to begin from June 15, with increased moisture and a significant drop in temperature through June 23.
  18. Chhatarpur Weather: Thunderstorms and light rain may start on June 15, with increasing rainfall activity between June 17 and 23.
  19. Mauganj Weather: Weather changes are expected from June 18, bringing cloud cover, humidity, and light rainfall.
  20. Hoshangabad Weather: Starting June 15, cloud cover and chances of rain with thunder will prevail for several days.
  21. Sehore Weather: From June 15, clouds and possible thunderstorms may bring up to 90% rain probability. Rainfall may continue steadily till June 23.
  22. Vidisha Weather: Weather will start changing from June 15 with storms, and heavy rainfall is expected between June 16 and 20.
  23. Sidhi Weather: The district will remain hot on June 14 and 15. From June 18 to 23, rising humidity and intermittent rain are forecasted.
