The 20th installment is expected to be released in the first week of June 2025. Verification Underway Through Village Assemblies in Saturation Campaign:

The PM-Kisan Saturation Campaign is being conducted from May 1 to May 31. As part of the campaign, special Gram Sabhas (village assemblies) are being held. During these meetings, patwaris (village revenue officers) will read out the list of beneficiaries and the B-1 land documents. Missing eligible farmers and deceased beneficiaries will be identified, and their details will be updated on the official portal.

Farmer ID Mandatory to Avail Benefits from March 2025:

According to the Collector, only those farmers whose Farmer ID has been generated will be eligible to receive scheme benefits from March 2025 onwards. Patwaris have been assigned targets to ensure the creation of Farmer IDs for all eligible farmers. Additionally, registration of legal heirs of deceased farmers must also be completed.

eKYC and Aadhaar-Bank Account Linking Mandatory:

Key actions such as eKYC completion and Aadhaar-bank account linking are being prioritized under the campaign. eKYC can be done through the PM-Kisan mobile app, Common Service Centers (CSCs), biometric devices, facial recognition, and India Post Payments Bank (IPPB). Farmers may also complete their eKYC at their respective bank branches.

Land Linking via Saara Portal and Resolution of Pending Registrations:

Using the dashboard available on the Saara Portal, patwaris must link land records of beneficiaries. Revenue officials have been instructed to resolve all pending self-registrations within seven days.

Registration of FRA Patta Holders Must Be Ensured:

The Collector has also directed that the eKYC process be extended to beneficiaries under the Forest Rights Act (FRA). The remaining eligible FRA patta holders must be registered on the PM-Kisan portal through the self-registration process.
