Onion prices remained in the spotlight across India’s mandis today. In some regions, heavy arrivals led to steep price drops, while in others, limited supply sent prices soaring.

Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, truckloads of onions arriving at major mandis caused sharp declines in rates. Meanwhile, in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, restricted arrivals gave farmers an opportunity to earn strong returns. For farmers and traders, today’s mandi price updates are highly significant. Understanding where prices have fallen and where they are climbing helps in making informed decisions on when and where to sell for maximum profit.

  3. Weather (monsoon rains) and transport conditions in the coming weeks could impact prices—farmers should keep a close watch on daily mandi updates.
