The Madhya Pradesh Government has invited applications under the e-Agricultural Machinery Subsidy Scheme 2026 to encourage farmers to adopt modern farm mechanization. Under the scheme, eligible farmers can receive 40% to 50% subsidy on selected agricultural equipment, including Paddy (Rice) Transplanters, Ridgers and Sugarcane Ratoon Managers.

Interested farmers can submit their online applications through the e-Krishi Yantra Subsidy Portal until July 28, 2026. Beneficiaries will be selected through a computerized lottery scheduled for July 29, 2026.

Agricultural Machinery Covered Under the Scheme:

The subsidy is available on modern farm equipment designed to improve paddy transplantation and sugarcane management. These machines help reduce labour costs, save time, and improve operational efficiency.

The eligible machinery includes:

  • Paddy (Rice) Transplanter – Riding Type
  • Paddy (Rice) Transplanter – Walk-Behind Type
  • Ridger
  • Sugarcane Ratoon Manager

Demand Draft (DD) Mandatory for Application:

Applicants must upload a scanned copy of the prescribed Demand Draft (DD) along with the online application. The DD must be issued from the applicant's own bank account in favour of the Assistant Agricultural Engineer of the concerned district.

Applications submitted with a DD amount lower than the prescribed security deposit will be rejected automatically.

Subsidy Rates for Farmers:

The subsidy amount will vary according to the farmer's category. Small and marginal farmers, women farmers, and SC/ST beneficiaries are eligible for up to 50% subsidy on the cost of the agricultural machinery. General category farmers can avail up to 40% subsidy. Farmers can also estimate their eligible subsidy amount using the Subsidy Calculator available on the e-Krishi Yantra Subsidy Portal.

  • Copy of the first page of the bank passbook
  • B-1 land ownership record

Farmer ID is Mandatory:

The AgriStack Farmer ID has been made mandatory for this year's application process. Every applicant must possess a valid Farmer ID to link land records with the portal. Farmers who have not yet generated their Farmer ID should first register their land details on the AgriStack Portal before applying under the subsidy scheme.

  1. Eligible farmers can apply online through the e-Krishi Yantra Subsidy Portal.
  2. Registered users can log in using Aadhaar-based OTP authentication and submit their applications.
  3. New applicants must first complete registration through MP Online or a Common Service Centre (CSC) using Aadhaar biometric authentication.
  4. Once registration is completed, farmers can apply for the eligible agricultural machinery.
