MP Agriculture Department Big Announcement: Subsidy on Top 7 Farm Machines — Check Full Application Details

Good news for farmers in Madhya Pradesh! The state government has announced subsidies on seven modern agricultural machines including Happy Seeder, Super Seeder, Smart Seeder, Shredder/Mulcher, Baler, Hay Rake/Straw Rake, and Slasher.

The online application process started on 16 September 2025, giving farmers a chance to access these advanced tools at much lower costs. Selection will be done through a lottery system, ensuring fair opportunities for all timely applicants.

Who Can Apply? (Eligibility):

• The applicant must be a resident farmer of Madhya Pradesh.
• The farmer must own a tractor in their name.
• Farmers who have already received subsidies for these machines under any scheme in the last five years are not eligible.

Subsidy Benefits:

• Small & marginal farmers → 40% to 50% subsidy on unit cost.
• Other farmers → 30% to 40% subsidy on unit cost.
• Farmers can also check their subsidy amount using the official subsidy calculator on the portal.

Demand Draft (DD) Amounts:

Note: The demand draft must be issued from the farmer’s bank account in the name of the Assistant Agriculture Engineer of the concerned district. Applications without DD will not be accepted.

How to Apply:

 Farmers can apply online through the E-Krishi Yantra Anudan Portal.

• Aadhaar e-KYC (via L1 fingerprint device) is mandatory during the process.
• Applications can also be submitted at CSC Centers or MP Online Kiosks.
