Ration Card Holders Must Complete e-KYC by June 30 to Continue Receiving Free Ration – Know How to Do e-KYC via Mobile App

All eligible ration card holders are required to complete their e-KYC by June 30, 2025, to continue receiving free ration benefits. Under the directions of Collector Mr. Balaguru K., the process is being expedited in Ashta sub-division of Sehore district. While a majority of beneficiaries have already completed their e-KYC, remaining cardholders are being urged to do so at the earliest to avoid any disruption in ration distribution.

Face e-KYC via Mobile App for Fingerprint Issues:

In cases where fingerprints do not match at POS (Point of Sale) machines, beneficiaries can now complete their e-KYC from the comfort of their homes using the “Mera e-KYC” mobile application.

The following steps should be followed:

1. Download the Mera e-KYC app from the Google Play Store.
2. Install the app and allow all necessary permissions.
3. Select Madhya Pradesh as your state.
4. Enter your Aadhaar number and click on Generate OTP.
5. Enter the OTP received on your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
6. Your information will be displayed on the screen.
7. Select the Face e-KYC option and capture your photo.
8. Blink your eyes twice during the photo capture process.
9. Upon successful verification, a confirmation message will appear on the screen.

Collector’s Appeal to Beneficiaries: Collector Mr. Balaguru K. has appealed to all remaining ration cardholders to complete their e-KYC before the deadline to ensure uninterrupted access to ration distribution services. Prompt compliance will help in the smooth continuation of public distribution services without delays.
