Heatwave Continues in Madhya Pradesh, Rain Likely in Some Districts – Weather Update for Bhopal and Indore

At present, Madhya Pradesh is experiencing two different weather patterns. While many districts are facing extreme heat and heatwave conditions, some areas are seeing light rain and cloudy skies.

Severe Heat in Many Areas:

Several parts of the state, temperatures have crossed 44°C. Khajuraho recorded the highest temperature at 44.4°C. Due to the intense heat, streets remain mostly empty during the afternoon. The weather department has issued a heatwave alert for over 15 districts.

Districts Under Heatwave Alert:

On April 25, the weather department warned of heatwave conditions in 18 districts, including Gwalior, Neemuch, Mandsaur, Ratlam, Jhabua, Alirajpur, Khandwa, Burhanpur, Pandhurna, Balaghat, Umaria, Satna, Bhind, Morena, Panna, Chhatarpur, Tikamgarh, Niwari, and Sheopur.

Rain Forecast in Some Regions:

According to the forecast, light rain, cloudy weather, and possible thunder are expected in Chhindwara, Mandla, Balaghat, and Seoni districts on April 26 and 27. This may bring some relief to the people in these areas.

Bhopal Weather Today: Bhopal will see clear skies and strong sunlight throughout the day. The temperature may rise to around 41–42°C. People are advised to avoid direct sunlight and take precautions. Cloudy weather is expected tomorrow.

Indore Weather Today: Indore will also remain hot today. Clear skies, bright sunshine, and warm winds are likely. The temperature may reach 42–43°C. It’s important to stay safe while stepping out during the day.
