3. NHB (National Horticulture Board) accredited nurseries
4. Centre of Excellence, Desri (Vaishali)
5. National Litchi Research Center, Mushari (Muzaffarpur)
6. Agencies selected through competitive bidding

Social Justice and Women's Participation:

The scheme also provides representation to various social categories:

• General category: 78.56%
• Scheduled Castes (SC): 20%
• Scheduled Tribes (ST): 1.44%

Additionally, 30% participation from women is ensured in each category, helping women farmers become more self-reliant in agriculture.
