Eligibility and Required Documents:

Eligibility Criteria:

• The applicant must own agricultural land.
• Updated LPC (Land Possession Certificate) and rent receipts are required.
• Farmers without land ownership can also apply based on a valid lease agreement (the format is available online).
• If the land documents do not clearly show the farmer’s name, a genealogy certificate must be submitted along with supporting documents.

Subsidy Details: How Much Land Is Covered?

• Farmers can apply for cultivation on a minimum of 0.1 hectare and up to 2 hectares.

• The unit cost per hectare is ₹80,000, and 50% subsidy (₹40,000 per hectare) will be provided.
• The subsidy amount will be directly transferred to the farmer’s bank account via DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
