Cauliflower prices have witnessed a huge jump across the country today. In several major mandis of Maharashtra, the wholesale rate has shot up to ₹7,000 per quintal, while in some areas prices dropped as low as ₹750 per quintal. This sharp variation indicates that heavy market fluctuations in Cauliflower Mandi Bhav Today are likely in the coming days.
Agriculture experts believe that as winter deepens and vegetable demand rises, the latest mandi prices may increase further. Farmers are advised to sell in mandis offering higher prices and consider storage options in areas where prices are still low.

Delhi, cauliflower prices ranged between ₹2,000 and ₹2,600 per quintal. Due to falling temperatures and rising demand, experts expect a slight upward trend in prices in the coming weeks.

- Amravati Mandi: Cauliflower prices were recorded between ₹3,000 and ₹3,500 per quintal, showing steady demand and moderate supply.
- Bhusawal Mandi: Prices here remained almost similar ₹3,000 to ₹3,500 per quintal, reflecting stable trade.
- Chandrapur (Ganjwad) Mandi: This mandi saw the highest prices in the state, ranging from ₹4,600 to ₹5,600 per quintal, driven by strong local demand.
- Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Mandi: Cauliflower traded between ₹3,000 and ₹3,500 per quintal, maintaining a balanced market situation.
