In terms of arrivals, Rura (950 tonnes), Bindki (500 tonnes), and Sandila (400 tonnes) saw heavy arrivals, which kept prices within a limited range. Conversely, mandis with lower arrivals—such as Ghaziabad and Robertsganj—recorded comparatively higher prices.
Farmers with good-quality wheat may benefit by selling in mandis such as Robertsganj, Firozabad, Rampur, and Jais, where prices are higher.
In mandis with heavy arrivals, prices are currently stable; farmers with storage facilities may consider waiting for better rates.
Since prices are trading above MSP, farmers in need of immediate cash may find the current market favorable for selling.
