Price and Arrival Analysis:

  • Highest Prices → Punjab’s Mehatpur and Raiya mandis at ₹4,000/quintal, followed by Tarn Taran (₹3,000–₹4,000/quintal).
  • Other High-Price Zones → Haryana’s Kosli and Punjab’s Tanda Urmur also saw prices near ₹3,000/quintal.
  • Lowest Prices → Rajasthan’s Jalore mandi at just ₹1,200/quintal, and Uttar Pradesh’s Sardhana at ₹1,400–₹1,500/quintal.
  • Heavy Arrivals → Haryana’s Gurgaon (75.4 tonnes) and Uttar Pradesh’s Kopaganj (20 tonnes) kept prices subdued.
  • Minimal Arrivals, High Prices → Punjab’s Raiya (0.03 tonnes) and Mehatpur (0.06 tonnes) saw record rates, while Himachal’s small centers also maintained strong levels due to low supply.
