The Madhya Pradesh government is set to transfer ₹1,671 crore directly into the bank accounts of over 8.2 million farmers under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana. With a single click, funds will be disbursed, including ₹28.11 crore for 139,197 farmers in Mandla district alone.
Alongside this, 24 development projects worth ₹226.12 crore will see ceremonial launches nine projects worth ₹202.25 crore will be inaugurated, while 15 projects worth ₹23.87 crore will be dedicated to the public.
To create more opportunities for employment, self-employment, and apprenticeships, the state has rolled out targeted initiatives. Under the Yuva Sangam program, placements are being made in IT and technical trades such as computer operators, fitters, machine operators, auto mechanics, and welders, as well as in retail, customer support, vehicle sales, relationship management, and insurance services.
In FY 2024–25, 78,868 applicants secured job offers through Yuva Sangam. In the current fiscal year, up to June 30, 2025, another 22,944 candidates have received appointment letters, with 2,522 youth selected for apprenticeships.
The Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Bhopal is setting up a cooperative society to help graduates work directly as freelancers in service-based sectors. The platform aims to connect skilled youth with opportunities in e-commerce, delivery, repair and maintenance, retail services, and technical trades like plumbing, electrical work, and AC servicing.
The government is also signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and contracts with various firms to connect youth with employment opportunities. A digital, call-based service platform will ensure trained candidates can reach customers efficiently, bridging the gap between skills and job markets.
