  2. Where was the demand the strongest?
  3. And which mandi can give you the best profit?

Let’s start with the country’s largest fruit market - Azadpur Mandi (NCT of Delhi):

Today, Azadpur witnessed massive mango arrivals — a total of 1591 tonnes. From Hapus to Dussehri and Kesar, premium varieties saw excellent demand.

Here's how different varieties performed:

Dussehri Mango: Delhi's favourite Dussehri mango sold between ₹4000 to ₹10000 per quintal, with a modal price of ₹7500. High-quality fruits fetched attractive rates.

Hapus / Alphonso Mango: The iconic Hapus from Maharashtra once again topped the price charts, selling between ₹7143 and ₹17143 per quintal, with a modal rate of ₹13571. This mango clearly received VIP treatment!

Kesar Mango: The pride of Gujarat, Kesar mango, fetched prices between ₹5000 to ₹12000 per quintal, and the modal price stood at ₹8000. Its sweetness and fragrance heavily influenced its pricing.

Safeda Mango: Safeda wasn’t far behind — it traded between ₹4000 to ₹7857 per quintal, with a modal price of ₹5500. It emerged as a balanced option for mid-range buyers.

Now moving to Madhya Pradesh — Indore Mandi (F&V):

Indore saw a relatively low arrival of just 5 tonnes, but prices showed an interesting trend. The "Other varieties" category traded between ₹2000 and ₹8000 per quintal, with a modal rate of ₹4000.
Despite the limited stock, demand remained steady, keeping the market active.

Conclusion: Delhi’s Azadpur mandi, even with high arrivals, premium mango varieties maintained strong prices. Meanwhile, Indore’s low supply didn’t affect the stable pricing.
This proves that consumers are willing to pay well for flavourful, aromatic, and top-quality mangoes.
In the coming days, as more fresh mango harvests hit the market, expect further fluctuations in prices. Stay updated to make the best decisions for your mango trade.
