Today, the highest price of green peas touched ₹6,400 per quintal, while in some mandis, prices dropped as low as ₹1,600 per quintal. Today, the strongest price surge in green peas was recorded in Bina and Khurai mandis, where maximum prices reached ₹6,400 and ₹6,100 per quintal, respectively. Damoh and Badnagar also reported high prices above ₹5,200, though heavy arrivals caused frequent price fluctuations.
On the other hand, Patan and Badnawar recorded lower prices, with minimum rates between ₹1,600 and ₹1,700 per quintal. In markets such as Indore, Garhakota, and Pathariya, arrivals were extremely low, which helped prices remain relatively stable and firm.
Terms of arrivals, Damoh (78 tonnes) and Chhindwara (30.9 tonnes) saw the highest supply, while many mandis received less than 1 tonne, supporting higher prices in those markets.
