Cauliflower prices today - (02 February, 2026)

Cauliflower market sent mixed signals for farmers and vegetable traders across the country. Prices were highly uneven while cauliflower touched ₹3,000 per quintal in a few select mandis, in several high-arrival markets prices crashed to as low as ₹200–₹500 per quintal.

Major cauliflower mandis in Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra clearly showed that arrivals and demand played a decisive role in price movement. Markets with low supply rewarded farmers with better prices, whereas mandis flooded with produce saw heavy pressure on rates. This makes it crucial for farmers to know where selling was most profitable today and which mandis to track in the coming days.
