  • It is caused by the fungus Fusarium moniliforme (Fusarium fujikuroi).
  • The disease is more prevalent in warm and humid weather conditions.

  • Leaves turn yellow and start drying.
  • Root development in infected plants remains weak.
  • Use certified and disease-free seeds.
